These crispy lemon pepper chicken wings are perfect for any gathering. Coated in a flavorful lemon pepper seasoning and tossed with melted butter, they are sure to be a hit!

- 1 ½ lbs. chicken wings
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper (divided, plus more for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 Lemon wedges
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat chicken wings dry and add to a large mixing bowl with oil, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, lemon zest, and about ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper, or to taste. Stir to coat wings completely in oil seasoning.
- Working in batches, cook wings in a single, spaced-out layer for 10 minutes. Flip, then cook an additional 8-12 minutes, until crispy on the edges. Mine took 8 minutes.
- Transfer wings to a new mixing bowl and toss with melted butter, remaining 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve: Pour leftover lemon pepper butter mix over plated lemon pepper wings. Serve with a sprinkle additional lemon pepper over wings to taste, a squeeze of fresh lemon and parsley.
