Description

Delicious and nutritious no-bake protein bites packed with oats, protein, and blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract, then stir until a uniform dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in freeze-dried blueberries to distribute evenly.
  4. Scoop the mixture into bite-sized balls using a spoon or small ice cream scoop.
  5. Arrange the bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Transfer the set bites to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
