Description

A fun and creative dessert that resembles the face of a deer using whipped cream and various toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Hazelnut
  • 1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate
  • 23 Kiwis (sliced)
  • 12 Oranges
  • 6 Breadsticks
  • 1 cup Crackers
  • 1/3 cup Jelly candies
  • 1/3 cup Marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping the cream to stiff peaks. Divide into 2 parts.
  2. Add 1/2 tbsp of melted chocolate to one half; you will get light brown cream.
  3. Add the rest of the chocolate to the second part; you will get dark brown cream. This will be the face of a deer. Use a pastry bag.
  4. Make eyes from marshmallows and pupils from drops of dark chocolate.
  5. Line your mouth with chocolate drops, and the nose is a jelly raspberry.
  6. Make horns from breadsticks.
  7. Add blueberries on top, then add green gummy candies and gummy raspberries.
  8. Place chopped kiwi on the side, in the corners are grapes and sliced orange.
  9. Top with crackers and coconut flakes.
  10. On the side are hazelnuts and more crackers.
  11. Finally, add almonds and marshmallows.
