- 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, plus more to taste if desired (or 1 to 2 Medjool dates)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (or water)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, maple syrup, milk, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add protein powder if desired.
- Taste, and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Store for 1 day refrigerated, but tastes best within a few hours.
Notes
- This smoothie can be customized with different fruits or sweeteners.
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add more ice.
