Description

A delicious smoothie made with cottage cheese, banana, and strawberries for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, plus more to taste if desired (or 1 to 2 Medjool dates)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (or water)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, maple syrup, milk, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder if desired.
  3. Taste, and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Store for 1 day refrigerated, but tastes best within a few hours.

  • For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add more ice.
