This delicious Ham and Cheese Biscuit Bake is a perfect blend of flaky biscuits, savory ham, and melted cheese, all brushed with garlic butter and fresh herbs. It’s great for brunch or a comforting dinner.

- 2 cans refrigerated Grands Biscuits
- 1 pound ham (1 1/2 inch chunks or slices)
- 16 slices cheese (pepper jack, smoked gouda or colby jack)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Remove biscuits from the can and divide the flaky layers of each biscuit into 2 pieces.
- Add 1/2 slice of cheese, folded into quarters, and a chunk of ham to each biscuit half.
- Pinch the biscuit dough together to form a ball.
- Place biscuit balls into the buttered pan, seam side down.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until biscuit dough is baked through.
- Make the garlic butter by combining butter and sliced garlic cloves in a small skillet; cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove biscuit bake from oven and brush with garlic butter and garnish with chopped herbs.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
