Description

This Peanut Butter Popcorn is a deliciously sweet and crunchy treat that’s perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1011 cups Popcorn
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Add popped popcorn to a large bowl.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add honey and sugar and mix well to combine.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, then let boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Slowly pour half of the peanut butter sauce over the popcorn and gently stir to coat. Drizzle more peanut butter sauce over the popcorn until you reach desired consistency.
  6. Sprinkle in Reese’s Pieces. Add more if desired.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
