Ingredients

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy lifting.
- Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter to a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until the mixture is glossy and fully combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
- Lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
Notes
- For best results, allow the fudge to set overnight before cutting.
- Try adding nuts or sprinkles on top before chilling for an extra touch.
