Description
A creamy and tangy coleslaw that pairs perfectly with any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 (14-16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¾ teaspoon celery seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (more or less to taste)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
- Just before serving, toss together the coleslaw mix and dressing. If you prefer a softer coleslaw, you can mix it one hour beforehand, but it is a bit more runny.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For added crunch, you can include chopped apples or nuts.
