Description

This easy Jiffy cornbread cake combines cornbread and cake mix for a delicious treat!


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup neutral oil (can use vegetable, avocado, canola, etc.)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
