Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour batter to form small pancakes. Cook 1 – 2 minutes per side until golden.
- In a shallow bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- While the pancakes are still warm, gently coat both sides in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately with chocolate sauce, dulce de leche, or maple syrup.
Notes
- For fluffier pancakes, do not overmix the batter.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your skillet’s heat.
