- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop.
- Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Blend the avocados until smooth and creamy.
- Add cocoa powder and maple syrup; blend until fully combined.
- Gradually pour in almond milk while blending on low speed until you reach desired consistency.
- Mix in vanilla extract and blend one last time.
- Transfer pudding to serving dishes, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- This pudding is best served cold for a refreshing dessert.
- You can substitute maple syrup with honey for a different flavor.
