Description

Delicious and easy Ham and Pickle Roll-Ups for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 slices deli ham
  • 35 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 dill pickle spears (or 10 baby dill pickles, use 2 per roll up)

Instructions

  1. Lay out each slice of ham on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Evenly spread a layer of cream cheese on each ham slice with a butter knife.
  3. Place dill pickle spear at the end of each slice and roll up.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut each roll cross-wise into 1/2” to 1” pieces.
  5. Use toothpicks to secure roll ups in place if needed.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try using flavored cream cheese.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
