Delicious chocolate lava cakes with mixed berries, perfect for a dessert treat!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter or nonstick spray.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until light and frothy (about 3 minutes).
- Fold melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Sift in flour and fold gently until combined.
- Gently mix in the berries.
- Divide batter among ramekins, filling each three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers jiggle.
- Let cool for one minute; dust with powdered sugar before serving.
