Description
Delicious protein balls made with rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and mini Cadbury eggs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder – I used Clean Simple Eats Vanilla
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2/3 cup chopped mini Cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Add the oats, protein powder, peanut butter and milk to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well to combine. I like to use a fork to do this.
- Then fold in the chopped mini Cadbury eggs.
- Use a small ice cream scoop and wet hands to roll the mixture into 18-20 even size protein balls.
- Place them onto a plate or pan and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- These protein balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
